What You Need To Know: He’s won this event 3 times. And he’s Phil Mickelson – you know who he is.

What’s in his bag highlights: Big Bertha Alpha 815 Double Black Diamond Driver, Mack Daddy PM-Grind Wedges

Equipment news: He was instrumental in the design of the Mack Daddy PM-Grind and he gave his direct input to Callaway wedge maker Roger Cleveland. This is one of the specific events they targeted for this wedge.

Patrick Reed

What You Need To Know: 2015 Hyundai Tournament of Champions winner, #4 in the FedExCup

What’s in his bag highlights: Big Bertha Alpha 815 Double Black Diamond Driver

Equipment news: Patrick first put his driver in play at the Hero World Challenge, and in his first official Tour event with it in the bag, he won in a playoff at Kapalua. “Patrick likes the lower spin he gets with it,” Callaway Tour Rep, Kellen Watson said.

What You Need To Know: #2 in the world rankings

What’s in his bag highlights: XR Driver (9*)

Equipment news: His driver is set to a Neutral directional bias and a Standard loft. “I don’t think we changed it from the moment we handed it over to him,” Callaway Tour Rep, Ian Dryden said. “He just hit it long and straight.”

Jim Furyk

What You Need To Know: #8 in the official World Golf Rankings

What’s in his bag highlights: XR Driver (9*)

Equipment news: Furyk first put his XR in play at Doral, where he was T1 in the field in driving accuracy. “Jim’s driver had a little less spin and a higher launch which added yardage for him,” Callaway Tour Rep, Kellen Watson said. “It was performing better for him than his old gamer.”

Gary Woodland

What You Need To Know: Averaging 305 yards per drive this year

What’s in his bag highlights: XR Driver (8.5*)

Equipment News: Gary first put his XR Driver in the bag at Riviera for the Northern Trust Open. “He picked up distance and tightened his dispersion greatly,” Callaway Tour Rep, Mike Sposa said. “I think the distance comes from the fact that he’s more confident with it and is releasing it better through impact.”

Matt Every

What You Need To Know: 2015 Arnold Palmer Invitational Winner (2x defending champion)

Equipment in his bag highlights: Odyssey Works Versa #9 Putter

Equipment News: When he won at Bay Hill a few weeks back, Matt switched putters before the final round. He used an Odyssey Milled Collection Putter for the first three rounds and put in an Odyssey Works #9 Versa Putter with the new Fusion RX insert before he teed off on Sunday. He went on to roll in an 18-foot birdie putt on the 72nd hole to win the event for the second year in a row.

What You Need To Know: #2 in the FedExCup last year

What’s in his bag highlights: XR Driver (9*)

Equipment News: Another big time player who’s using XR. His gamer has a Mitsubishi Shaft that’s cut to 44 ½”.

What You Need To Know: #12 in the FedExCup, won the 2014 Frys.com Open

What’s in his bag highlights: A Chrome Soft Prototype Golf Ball, Odyssey Damascus Grand Putter

Equipment News: His putter is extremely rare – only 350 pieces were made (all in a #1 head shape) and they were available in Japan-only. It has a standard black PVD finish and the Damascus steel is an exotic material with a unique, almost wood-grain look to it.

Branden Grace

What You Need To Know: 6 career European Tour wins, 2 wins this season

What’s in his bag highlights: XR Pro Driver (9*), XR 3-wood (15*)

Equipment News: Branden won two events on the European Tour earlier this season with a Big Bertha Alpha 815 Double Black Diamond Driver, and he moved into an XR Pro at the Valero Texas Open. His XR Pro is set to a Neutral directional bias and a -1 Loft adjustability.

What You Need To Know: #1 in the European Tour’s Race to Dubai

What’s in his bag highlights: XR Driver (10.5*), Apex Pro Irons

Equipment News: Willett has hit over 75% of greens this year on the European Tour with Apex Pro Irons in the bag.

Thomas Bjorn

What You Need To Know: #12 in the 2014 Race to Dubai

What’s in his bag highlights: XR Pro Fairway Wood (16*)

Equipment News: Bjorn put in his new fairway wood at Doral. “He hit it great and was amazed at how easy it was to launch off the deck without too much spin,” Callaway Tour Rep, Mike Sposa said. “His carry distance was spot on too.”
