Great Big Bertha Just Won In Its First Week On Tour!

We JUST announced the new Great Big Bertha Driver, and it’s has already won in its first week out on Tour! Callaway staffer Kiradech Aphibarnrat used it to win on the European Tour, and he loved it.

“Especially this week my driver helped me a lot. In the first four days I was hitting it miles and down the fairways…if you want me to go and play another nine, I will go and hit driver every hole.” – Kiradech Aphibarnrat after picking up the win

His new gamer Callaway Driver has a 9* head and he hit it well at the Saltire Energy Paul Lawrie Match Play Championship, where he birdied the final hole of the championship match to win 1UP and claim his second victory of the year.

Pat Perez And Harris English Also Put In New Callaway Drivers

Callaway actually debuted two new drivers on Tour, and both immediately went into play at the Quicken Loans National.

Pat Perez and Sang-Moon Bae put in the Great Big Bertha. Pat and Sang-Moon both played a 9* head.

Meanwhile, Harris English and Colt Knost were among the players who put in Big Bertha Alpha 816 Double Black Diamond, the new driver that’s built for players who want extreme low spin.

“It was a really encouraging week,” Callaway Tour Rep, Mike Sposa said. “It speaks volumes to how these new drivers perform.”

Kenny Perry Wins On Champions Tour

Congrats also go out to Kenny Perry who won the 3M Championship with a Big Bertha Alpha 815 Double Black Diamond in the bag! It’s his 2nd win in a row at this event. Way to go, KP!
