Callaway staffer Lydia Ko is quite simply the most dominant player in golf. The world #1 is still just 19, and after winning the Marathon Classic in a playoff with a walkoff birdie, she is now up to 14 LPGA wins and 19 professional wins to date. Can we all take a second to properly recognize how unbelievable that is?! She’s a once-in-a-lifetime player, and we’re proud to watch her become a worldwide icon.

Lydia Ko wins and now has 14 career LPGA titles at age 19. That's insane.

Lydia earned her Marathon Classic win with all Callaway in the bag, including an XR 16 Pro Driver and a Chrome Soft Golf Ball. And of course her victory came just a few hours after fellow Callaway staffer Henrik Stenson delivered an historic performance to win the Open Championship. Here’s a look at some of the equipment she’s playing:
She first put her XR 16 Pro Driver in play in March, and it’s been in the bag for all 4 of her wins this year, including her major victory at the ANA Inspiration. During initial testing with the driver, Lydia particularly liked how straight she was hitting it off the tee. It’s set to the Neutral directional bias and -1 Loft adjustability.
Lydia also first moved into a Chrome Soft Prototype Golf Ball at the Kia Classic, and she’s used it in all 4 of her wins this year too.
