Rogue Drivers: What You Need To Know

The best kept secret in golf (well, kind of) is no longer a secret. We’ve taken the revolutionary technologies that made GBB Epic the best-selling driver in the U.S. in 2017 and supercharged them to give you incredible ball speed and forgiveness with Rogue.

Here are the key details you need to know…

1. Exceptional Ball Speed From The Jailbreak Effect

Rogue employs enhanced Jailbreak Technology with new, hourglass-shaped titanium bars that are 25 percent lighter, while fulfilling their function of stiffing the crown and sole. The stiffer body allows the face to take on more impact load for faster ball speed.

AND it makes it possible for us to engineer our new X-Face VFT face architecture, which also promotes faster ball speed across an expansive area of the face.

2. New Head Shape = More Forgiveness

We’re the leader at using carbon composite materials in our metalwoods, and with Rogue we’ve utilized our proprietary Triaxial Carbon Crown that’s extraordinarily light and strong.

It saves substantial weight, and we’ve redistributed that weight into the perimeter of the head to significantly increase MOI and forgiveness. Rogue has the largest Triaxial Carbon Crown ever in a Callaway Driver, which allowed us to develop a new high-MOI shape with a larger address footprint than Epic.

3. Head Speed From Aerodynamic Design

We collaborated with Boeing (yes, the folks who make airplanes) on our Speed Step Technology. For Rogue, we worked with Boeing to redefine the geometry of the leading edge to improve airflow to promote faster head speed.

4. Premium Shaft Selection (At Multiple Weights)

A driver as good as Rogue deserves an impressive shaft selection. We’re offering a wide range of premium aftermarket shafts at 40g, 50g, 60g, and 70g weights, including Aldila Synergy, Aldila Quaranta, Project X EvenFlow, and Project X HZRDUS Yellow.

5. Sub Zero and Draw Models

Rogue Sub Zero is an extraordinary achievement: a powerful, extremely low-spinning, Tour-level driver packaged in a high-MOI head shape. Although it’s designed to appeal to Tour pros, it’s so forgiving and easy to hit that any amateur seeking lower spin is also a great candidate for it.

And Rogue Draw is suited for the golfers who fight a slice, and no club is more prone to slicing than the driver. That’s why we built draw-promoting qualities into the Rogue Draw. For the chronic slicers, this driver was made for you.

6. Already Proven On Tour

Rogue is engineered for every level of player, from high-handicappers to the best players in the world.

And last week alone, 17 players used Rogue at the Sony Open, and Chris Paisley used it in his first European Tour win. Sergio Garcia, Branden Grace, Si Woo Kim, Hudson Swafford, Aaron Wise, Talor Gooch, and Wesley Bryan have already put it in play and that number is only going to go up as more players make their first starts of the year this week.
