WHAT’S IN THE BAG
New Callaway Staffer Norman Xiong
19-year-old Norman Xiong is our newest Callaway and TravisMathew staffer. He is one of the most exciting young players that golf has seen in a long time and recently turned professional after winning 6 times last year at the University of Oregon. In addition, Norman earned the Jack Nicklaus Award as the Division 1 National Player of the Year, was a key piece of the 2017 U.S. Walker Cup Team, and finished his college career as the 3rd ranked amateur in the world. Take a look at what is in his bag as he tees it up against the best in the world.

DRIVER
Rogue Sub Zero
Norman told us that the Rogue Sub Zero is by far the best driver that he has ever played. He’s impressed by the high ball speeds that he gets with Jailbreak Technology, and how easy it is for him to execute the shot shapes that he wants to play.

Long Irons
Epic
Norman hits his driver so well that he normally doesn’t need to carry a 3-wood and he likes the Epic as an additional driving option off the tee.

IRONS
X Forged 18
He’s consistently been a blade player and for his X Forged 18 Irons, he likes how he can control his distances and “carve” the ball into the greens with a precise ball flight.

GOLF BALL
Chrome Soft X
In testing with Chrome Soft in college, Norman said the ball did everything he wanted it to do in terms of performance from tee-to-green.

WEDGES
Mack Daddy 4
He first started playing Mack Daddy 4 Wedges at Oregon and liked how the turf interaction worked for him in the typically wet conditions. They have been in has bag ever since.

PUTTER
Odyssey O-Works V-Line Fang CH Putter
He had traditionally used blade putters and moved into the O-Works V-Line Fang in college. He particularly likes the insert and how the putter feels at impact.
