Blending his passions for photography, filmmaking, prose, and theater, Andy Bloxham is a photographic storyteller. Pulling ideas from personal short stories and transforming moments into inspired visuals, his work centers on fictitious situations and events, told through the slight hint of a grinning camera. His work is his imagination. Photography allows him to play inside of it. His work has been featured in over a dozen solo exhibitions, including at the Hagedorn Foundation Gallery in Atlanta, the Hartnett Gallery at the University of Rochester, and the Photography Gallery at the University of Notre Dame, and in publications such as PDNedu, PetaPixel, and Soura Magazine. He has led workshops and seminars at colleges, galleries, and conferences, and works commercially throughout the United States. Andy is based in Washington, DC.
